Childcare
LifeSport Fitness Resource Center provides
childcare for all of our members for a small
additional fee. Our staff will offer a safe,
stimulating environment for your children to play,
rest, or socialize while you work out. And, should
your little one need you, we will briefly interrupt
your workout to help attend to your child.
To ensure a positive, pleasant experience for all of our members, please consider the following guidelines when bringing your child with you.

Childcare Rules
Bathroom - Parent will be paged to baby sitting area in the event child needs to use the bathroom.
Diapers - Parent will be responsible for changing child’s diaper if necessary. Diapers must be changed in the Ladies Locker Room. A changing table and diaper pail are provided.
Food - Small snacks may be provided by parent for child; LifeSport reserves the right to request that certain snacks not be brought into the baby sitting area if they are deemed to be unsafe for other children or too messy. Child must be able to feed self – LifeSport staff person not responsible for hand or bottle feeding child.
Toys - LifeSport provides toys. Children may bring a favorite toy if it is small in size since space is limited. A toy may be removed from the area if it creates a problem.
Illness - As a courtesy to other children and staff, we ask that parents do not bring sick children into the baby sitting area. Please err on the side of caution.
Behavior - If necessary, parent will be called to the baby sitting area if his/her child’s behavior is deemed unmanageable. Parent may be asked to remove child from the baby sitting area. LifeSport reserves the right to deny baby sitting privileges for any child whose behavior is deemed to create an unsafe situation for other children.
Parents are asked to limit the number of times they enter the baby sitting area. Parents are encouraged to check on their children by viewing the monitor located at the front desk rather than entering the baby sitting room.
If it is necessary for parent to enter baby sitting area, please be sure to close both doors tightly.
